The bed was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!!! It was literally like a board with some cushion on it. I thought I might have pressure point wounds when I woke up lol. Otherwise the place was clean and convenient. A restaurant and a tesco across the street, starbucks a block away and several restaurants in walking distance. Walked from the tower train station and it was 25 mins. The staff was friendly. Maybe it's a European thing...the hard-as-board bed? I wouldn't stay here again because of the beds.

Very nice place to stay if you need to stay overnight in London. Location is perfect, only 5mins away from the tube and Tower Bridge, and 2 minutes away from the DLR. Room was VERY spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here, I’ll probably be coming back next time I need to stay in London. Thanks for the welcoming stay Rockwell East:)

This place was a wonderful value in terms of price for the available amenities. The kitchenette was very functional with all necessary supplies to cook up a simple meal, and the washer/dryer was much appreciated after having been away from home for 5 days. Also, the room was immaculate, with updated fixtures and quality linens. Even though the property is literally right next to an overground train line, the quality dual pane windows and insulation blocked almost all of the noise, so unless you are a really light sleeper, you shouldn't be bothered by it at all. Next time I come to London, I will be very happy to book another stay at Rockwell East.

The location is great for being near Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Its close to a railway line so ideally take ear plugs but this didnt bother us. We had a studio room and it was big with a comfy bed. Nice showrr room to. There was a kitchen area as well which was handy. Staff were pleasant. No issues checking in or out.
