We had a 2 bed 2 bath suite for 16 nights and really enjoyed our stay! heaps of public transport around! a Tesco just at the corner and 2 minute walk from airport national express drop off. Nice balcony suite on 10th floor with fantastic aircon which was very welcome during this current heatwave. Good substantial breakfast and staff always replenishing items as they run out. One lift is out of order but it did not impact too much on our stay and we were very kindly granted an extra hour past normal check out. Have stayed here four years in a row for our Wimbledon visit and will definitely be returning again.

It was our second stay and we like the property and enjoy our stay. Location is great and staff are all very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast could be improved and fabric on sofa sets in bedroom needs to be replaced or additional covers offered. We requested bed sheets to use on same. TV sets should be replaced with smart TV to connect smart phones and user airplay.

Staff was very friendly but the room smelled terribly musty and the air conditioner wasn’t working - not good during a heat wave. Also, only 1 of the 2 main elevators was working so guests often had to use the stairs, wait long periods, or use the service elevator which was provided as an alternative; ok later in the day but not convenient when staff was working on cleaning rooms in the morning. Don’t think we’d stay again - did not meet expectations of a Marriott property.

Room/suite was excellent for us with our 20 month old. The staff were all lovely and the restaurant was excellent. We ordered from the partnered Italian in the evening and ate it in the hotel restaurant, which made dinner with our toddler so much easier.
