We had 2 rooms and both are clean and spacious. The staff are very attentive to your needs, professional & helpful. Muhammad is very understanding that coming from an overnight flight we needed to checked in earlier and the room was made available right away. Breakfast are great with a variety to choose from. Hotel is only 10-12 minutes walk to Borough market & The Shrad. I highly recommend this hotel location for families to stay.

The breakfast was great- especially the pastries. Nice having access to a coffee machine (latte/ espresso) throughout the day. Very helpful and polite staff everywhere. All the areas were really clean.The hotel was located between a couple of tube stations accessing different lines. We have nothing to complain about.

A very good stay with lovely and helpful staff all around! The biggest ‘issue’ was the kitchen fan in our room blowing a bulb… the mechanic was up in 30 minutes, and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Breakfast is a good spread and very helpful but the kitchen amenities in the rooms are also great. There’s a Sainsburys just down the right of the road which is perfect for grabbing cheap drinks and snacks.

The staff was so helpful and kind to us during our stay. We had one person in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating the whole time. The room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious!

On arrival at 10 am we were excited to find our room was ready earlier than expected. Unfortunately the room had a very strong odor of mold. A quick look in the bathroom and we found the culprit. There was an enormous amount of mold on the ceiling, wall and shower. The smell was utterly unbearable. Immediately called the front desk who said there were no other rooms available but they would send someone to look at it. A supervisor came and immediately agreed that the mold was present, we were then moved to another room. The staff repeatedly apologized about the situation. Second room was clean, no mold or smell. It was during an unusually hot streak and the ac did not disappoint. The room was small, but had enough room for the three of us. The breakfast provided was very nice, they even had gluten free options in a separate area, along with a toaster for gluten free bread. The area was safe, walkable and near many restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and markets. Overall our stay was pleasant.
