Overall a tired hotel rooms need new AC and damp/ mould around the windows looking at. Staff not really bothered on the front desk. Clean room. Great for staying over if at a function at Wembley. Didn’t have breakfast didn’t use the bar. Good parking. Your ass.

Nice welcome from the front desk. Quick check-in. Convenient location (to attend football match at Wembley Stadium). The loaded chips were amazing at the restaurant! Will stay here again.

The staff were friendly, the price was reaaonable but both my partner and i arrived at the room to find ants forming on the table side. Whilst sleeping we kept waking up to ants crawling on us. Upon checking out and informing the staff member all he had to say was sorry and thankyou for letting us know so we can prepare an exterminator for future guests. Bo offer of compensation of any sort. A mixed experience overall

Honestly for the money (£55) it doesn't get any better, room was modern, clean, bed was huge and very comfortable, staff were pleasant. I paid £15 for the late check out, rolled downstairs had the breakfast buffet which was absolutely fine for the money, went back up had a nap till 12 then left. Stunning value for money

Reception staff, lovely. Went to room, hair left at the end of the bath, towel left on back of bathroom door. Told receptionist when she brought iron and ironing board up, she couldn't have been more apologetic. Went to use toilet, put the seat down, which had presumably been left up after cleaning......PERIOD BLOOD ON SEAT. Had to go to reception as phone didn't work. Room changed. Tried closing the window in the middle of the night, no handle on window. A call to reception would have sorted this, not in the middle of the night, with my daughter fast asleep. Breakfast alright. Compensation for disgusting first room, a couple of drinks, water for the drive home which trust me I couldn't wait to start and get out of there!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This was easily the worst brand-name hotel experience I’ve had in years. We booked a Ramada expecting basic standards and ended up checking out after one night. The problems were endless: no air conditioning, with only a useless fan; an extremely soft, unsupportive bed that caused my back to sink into an uncomfortable arc and left me with a backache; terrible pillows; and virtually no usable power outlets. We needed to work and charge a laptop, but staff had no power bar and offered no solution. The bathroom sink had a hole in it, the shower was difficult to operate, and the hallways were filthy. There was no porter or bellboy to help with luggage. Staff were remarkably unhelpful throughout. Even check-in was a disaster. We arrived at 4 p.m., an hour after the stated 3 p.m. check-in time, and our room still wasn’t ready because it was supposedly being cleaned. The hotel is nowhere near the standard you would expect from the Ramada name. Basic cleanliness, comfort, maintenance and amenities were all severely lacking. We left after one night and asked management for a partial refund for the unused stay. They refused to even consider it, hiding behind the “non-refundable” policy. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else. If you’re considering this hotel, take this review as a serious warning.

The bathroom is outdated, and could do with a deep clean. Moldy sealant, damaged bath panel. Extractor fan didn't work, hence the mold. The bedroom was more adequate, bed was comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was nice but could have been better. A choice of different eggs, use a plate warmer. Possibly cover the bread thats out on display.
