Great location while being quiet. Room is a good size for London. Shower requires you to be a contortionist to get in and out. Stayed in February, so there was an extra electric oil heater in the room to keep warm.

Nice hotel, clean and room was ready early which was a nice surprise. However breakfast was a nightmare we had to ask for glasses, milk orange juice bread nothing was filled up. I felt sorry for the poor lad waiting in the restaurant he was on his own most of the time and rushing around trying to help everyone. Also the lift wasn’t working twice when we went to use it.

Nice enough hotel in a good location. Staff did a great job and were very welcoming. Did an excellent job at making you feel welcomed. Bathroom was a tad cramped and air conditioning / heating unit in the room was extremely loud (and meant the windows weren’t properly shut). Street noise quite loud.
