What a wonderful stay. I came up with family for my birthday and had such a warm welcome together with an upgrade to a gorgeous junior suite. In addition they had gone to the trouble of leaving balloons and a lovely slice of birthday cake in my room ready for my arrival. It was such a nice gesture and very very appreciated. We have stayed in this hotel before and were met with such a warm welcome from the reception staff that it was our first choice of hotel for this return trip. Location btw is fantastic.
