The room was wonderful and in a great location. Close to 3 underground stations and walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. The room has soundproof windows so it was quiet. The bathroom even has a towel warmer! Staff was friendly and helpful. The problem was the WiFi and television service kept going out. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very spacious and the staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions and keeping our bags safe. The hotel is in a fantastic location with the British Museum a two minute walk away and lots of food and drink options in nearby Covent Garden.
