The property location was fantastic.The AC gave some issues but they were prompt in rectifying it. The staff was very helpful with suggestions at breakfast. I chose the single standard room if my memory is correct. The location of the room was poor if you have a big suitcase due to the stairs. Also the size of the room - i think clearer pictures of this particular room need to be posted to give customers a better of idea of the room so they can change their selection. The room itself was the reason for my 2 stars. Everything else was quite good!

Bathroom was a tad cramped and air conditioning / heating unit in the room was extremely loud (and meant the windows weren’t properly shut). Street noise quite loud.
