Sadly, it is impossible to give a worthwhile rating for this visit. We love this hotel and stay there on every visit to London. However they are undergoing renovations which made arrival and departure less than ideal. Everything was clean and as always the staff were superb. Next time I’m’ sure it will be our usual ‘excellent’ rating.

The hotel is well situated for travel and tourism. A few minutes from the tube station and connections. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The hotel still has some refurbishment to complete in particular a restaurant. I prefer breakfast in restaurant to room service. My room was lovely and had everything required. I would come back next year if the refurbishment was complete.

The property is in a great location but unfortunately is currently still under construction. There is currently a temporary entrance/exit (back door). The staff are very welcoming. The newly refurbished restaurant is lovely, well decorated and well maintained. The rooms are very small, we booked a Family Room Premium. But the room was very small and lacking in space to move around easily. Ideal for a couple but not for a younger family.

The Radission Blue on Bond Street is a lovely property recently refurbished. The location is ideal as nothing was too far to walk to. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were very nicely decorated.

Fabulous location for tube and busses. Pretty much on Oxford street. Staff wonderful and room immaculately clean. Not huge, but ample and well thought out. Breakfast was a limited continental more set up for ‘grab and go’, but did the job. A little noisy due to building work on the adjacent building.
