I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful (SURESH and all the CREW!!!), the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is ok

The place is ok. But they have very bad air conditioning, the room was so hot and was hard to sleep in. There was only a small plastic fan on the nightstand, didn’t help much. There are also very thin walls so you can hear your neighbors pretty well. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was an ok place, but not sure if I would go back.

While conveniently located, the room was so small I couldn’t fit my suitcase anywhere. The floor was slanted & carpet was sticky. The toilet ran water all night long. The towels had stains on them. I didn’t even get under the sheets to sleep. It was not worth the money I paid for it by a long shot.

If you are looking for a base to store your items and a place to sleep that is centrally located, then this hotel serves its purpose. The location is great, walkable to transport options as well as ample shops and restaurants. The room itself was very basic, clean overall, but not spotless. The floor was uneven, and there is zero room to unpack. The bathroom was very small with zero storage. The is no AC, so if it is warm, prepare to have the bathroom windows wide open and see your neighbors across the street staring back at you, and you will need to use the fan in the room to try and help cool you down. The staff were all very friendly.

The rooms are small, but gif a solo traveler like myself they were perfect. The hotel itself is within walking distance of several tube lines, Hyde park and a busy area with lots of restaurants and pubs as well. Decent accommodations for the price you pay!

Great little hotel

Small room but it was clean and comfortable for our two nights in London. Staff was amazing, location is great. Super close to Hyde Park and the next street over has two underground stations and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Functional rather than comfortable

A good location with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops on nearby Queensway. Quiet with little external noise. The room was sparsely furnished, no chair and no workspace. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could do with refurbishment. In particular, the decor was in poor condition and the wash basin did not drain properly. Ok for a couple of nights.

Great location, quick access to the Underground and only a block from restaurants and grocery. Hotel is dated, shower had drain issues and it is lacking in storage however overall a good stay and would stay again. Kerrie at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful throughout the stay.

I won’t come back

Room was small, hanging space was partially over the bed, no seat/chair. Bathroom window wouldn’t close, radiator either on (very hot) or off. Single flat pillow, very hard mattress. Whole place could do with a good scrub. Water pressure in the shower was good!

Really enjoyed our stay in London. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again. Food and tube stops one block away. Very convenient to everything. Only one minus is no a/c. The fans are small and do an ok job. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay! Thanks to all the staff!!!

I arrived early and was able to check in and have acces to the room right away. The room was clean and I was told that for cleaning service, let them know at the reception before 11.00am. The location is perfect. Underground 5 minutes walking distance and many busstops, shops, restaurants etc. in the vicinity.
