The staffs in the hotel is very friendly. We chose this hotel because it is walkable from Victoria Coach Station as we arrived London on Christmas Day with limited public transport available. The only problem of this hotel is the water pressure of shower is weak.

Just a 5 minute walk from Victoria railway station so if you are a traveller its very convenient.You can catch the Gatwick Express to Gatwick airport 24 pounds or the 10 minute slower train which costs 11 pounds and you can use your Oyster card. The room and bed were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. 5 starts from me..

Very Good I would come back tomorrow.

For the cereals they had some healthy choices.for the hot meals they had a vegetable choice. The room was small but comfortable.if you like house keeping on a daily basis you should ask about it. Also to charge devices for the people who are visiting for the first time for the whole U.K they have different power outlets than the U.S you need to have an adapter that is sold in WH Smith stores in Victoria Station or anywhere.

Shower had hand wand & raindrop shower spray. Nice size shower. Breakfast had a decent selection- fried eggs looked gross. Beds comfortable, pillows flat. In Premier Plus room & had a fridge with 2 bottles of water everyday. Asked for more pillows & front desk was annoyed- couldn’t get till next day. No wash cloths, had a hand towel & one bath towel for 2 people. I asked for more bath towels & again front desk thought towering room were enough. I told them one was wet after other person had shower- they finally agreed to give us 2 bath towels every day. Wall switches behind coffee maker were covered with dust as well as counter behind kettle & coffEe machine. Area was okay & close to a lot. Building needs repairs, I would not stay again unless improvements made. Travelled to South America, USA, Canada, Japan, Nepal, and this was worse hotels. It should have a rating of 6.5

Our stay did not go as planned in the hotel. First of all, the staff was not welcoming at all and was not able to inform us about the city. Secondly, the room was not the one we had chosen because we had chosen a twin room and we were assigned a room with a small bed because it was supposedly complete. In the room we only had a set of linen while there were 2 of us and we had almost no toilet paper when we arrived. Not to mention that the room has never been cleaned from our arrival until our departure.

Always lack staff in premier inns. They stick to the 3 pm check in to the minute and then have only one person for check in The room was dirty and ‘tired’. Stains on the furniture and carpet, mold on shower stall. You have to ask for a second bath towel, even if reserved for two adults. Have to ask everyday for daily cleaning. Only stairs at entry (there was some kind of lift, you would need help with. Uninspired breakfast in basement room. Not much for a vegetarian. Stayed in three of these this trip, this was the worse

Cheguei às 14:00 no hotel mas como o check in era só às 15:00 fiquei aguardando. As 15:00 ainda não tinha quarto pronto e só consegui entrar no quarto às 15:30, bem cansado da viagem. A atendente não era nada simpática e não fez questão de ajudar. No demais o hotel agradou, com relação ao quarto, café da manhã e localização.
