Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I did notice that although we had requested for the room to be cleaned we noticed that the bed was never made unless we made it ourselves. We got fresh towels however there was three of us staying so we always needed to request a third towel every time. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating and I can’t say enough good things about the location as far as walking to the local shops.

Booked two rooms (2x family quadruple rooms) but instead of a double and 2 x single beds (as the photo indicated) and which we requested we got a double and single which wasn't ideal for 3 adult kids; Anyway it was only two nights so we managed but I would recommend that if you book such a room check with the hotel prior. Otherwise the hotel was OK and 3 star but we didn't spend a lot of time so cannot give too much more feedback

In 2025 not having reliable WiFi- whether the free or the “premium” (capped at 8mbps if it decides to allow you to connect after you pay) is unconscionable. Someone needs to tell them it’s not the year 2000 anymore. Many other options at their price point. Avoid.

Great size room and air conditioning, very handy to tube and shops. While it was very tidy I did note the under he cushion of the chair hadn't been vacuumed. Dust and debris under the bed, has not be cleaned in ages. And a layer of dust on the bottom of the cupboard that I wiped. Also annoying and I had emailed before. WHB-2720379-Q5N1  on 9 July. When I booked from NZ you CANT. It doesn't recognise the post code and un like Travel lodge you can not say I am out of the UK (to proceed) I tried for about three hours. Ended up going through Expedia and it was 100 pounds more expensive. So I didn't bother looking at any other Premier properties on this holiday. No email address to go to and the one I got said ring reservations. Seriously how do you give feedback about booking issues!!!!

Très bien pour 2 nuits à Londres. À 5 -6 minutes à pied du métro qui emmene directement au centre. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants et magasins. Accueil simple et efficace, accès aux etages des chambres sécurisés; chambre pour 4, nous étions 3, confortable, même les lits supplémentaires ; très calme . Petit déjeuner complet ( continental + typique anglais avec bacon and eggs, beans, sausages...) . Très bon rapport qualité prix , je recommande !

Det var enkel frukost men fräsch. Saknade ost och annat pålägg( fanns bara små plastförpackningar med marmelad o liknande.) Hotellets läge är jättebra med nära till buss o tunnelbana. Personalen är trevliga. Rent och god luftcirkulation i rummet. Superbra dusch!

Localização com fácil acesso ao metrô Tooting Bec Station. Quarto confortável , limpo e com bom chuveiro . Café da manhã adequado mas não é rico em opções . Único defeito é que mesmo deixando a sinalização no quarto para limpeza não o fizeram e também não trocaram a toalha .

Buona la posizione tra le due fermate della metro che ti permettono di raggiungere il centro di Londra in 15/20 minuti. Struttura pulita e con camera rinnovata. Buona la colazione. Il personale e' stato quasi tutto gentile e disponibile. Non bella la zona in cui sorge l'hotel, abbastanza sporca e con negozi e locali principalmente mediorientali
