The staff was kind and helpful. They need to clean the ally area between the road and the hotel on a regular basis. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good quality, although a limited selection of food. We had a very nice stay overall.

Spacious, Clean Room. In room kettle and tea/coffee, places to hang delicate items large vanity area with excellent lighting eliminating the need for a magnifying mirror. Breakfast was good. The Door is VERY hard to find if you’re not looking for it. The entrance is in a courtyard effectively behind the tesco express. It doesn’t look like there is anything there and if you go down the wrong alley first there isn’t! If you are standing facing the tesco it’s on your left. Once you get in it great.

The hotel was centrally located. The area felt somewhat safe. It wasn’t exactly the safest place in the world. However, the staff were very attentive and I felt like they were the types who would do anything for you , honestly, our rooms were nice and clean with towels and coffee. We felt very well taken care of. the elevator was a little hard to manage with the key. It just wouldn’t work sometimes when you press the button to board the elevator, I had to play a pushing game with it quite often. I would definitely stay there again. The beds weren’t exactly the most comfortable. They could probably do better with that-but the price is right.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Borough Market and a lot restaurants nearby in general. About a 10 minute walk to the tube. Also a small Tesco/supermarket downstairs and another supermarket/Sainsbury down a block. Breakfast was great! Unlimited bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, pancakes, waffles, croissants, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee and more. Staff extremely helpful, pleasant, and accommodating, we loved it there!
