A pretty decent location. Nothing notably bad. It was difficult to get my suitcase around as the hall doors are heavy and require a keycard to pass through.

ヒースロー空港からのフライトの前泊で利用しました。一番近いバス停からヒースロー空港まで15分ほどで便利です。 周辺に食事をするところは、無さそうでした。となりのアスダが便利ですが、日曜日は、17時に閉まるので、注意が必要です。

Goed hotel vlakbij het station Hayes & Harlington dus zo in centrum Londen. Ook de supermarkt Asda op de hoek. Personeel erg vriendelijk bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt was redelijk maar hoeveel wil je eten? Kamers waren netjes en schoon

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto de Heathrow, puedes llegar a él desde la T5 mediante la Elizabeth line o bien con el autobús núm 350. Para moverte hasta el centro de Londres no hay problema, tienes muchas opciones y todas ellas te llevan en poco más de 50'. El hotel está perfecto para desayunar, cenar y descansar. Limpio, calentito y con todo lo imprescindible. En la habitación tienes hervidor de agua, infusiones y cafés gratis. Eso se agradece mucho. Las camas cómodas. Y el precio es un regalo en comparación con lo que encuentras en el centro. Lo recomiendo 100%

Nur die Lage des Hotels war gut, da die Bahnstation Hayes & Harlington innerhalb von10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar ist. Obwohl ich pro Person zusätzlich für Frühstück bezahlt hatte, gab es de facto kein Frühstück und keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Es wurden nur Äpfel und industriell verpackte Schokocroissants auf einem Tisch gegenüber der Rezeption angeboten neben einem Kaffeeautomaten. Hinzu kommt, dass das Hotel trotz Vorauszahlung mit Kreditkarte bei einem Reiseanbieter darauf bestand, das Zimmer erneut zu bezahlen.
