The hotel is in a great location for Hampstead and for getting the tube to other parts of London. The rooms are a good size and all the facilities are modern. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to London norms!), and comfortable. The elevators functioned smoothly. There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the Tube and Hampstead Heath. We'd definitely stay again.

The room was overall fine but was very warm. It was difficult to sleep with a heavy duvet- when we opened the window for fresh air there was quite a lot of noise from the street. Having said that the hotel is in a very convenient location with lots of useful shops and the Underground nearby.

The area was nice with restaurants, small shops and quite close to the underground station. Also on walking distance to Primrose Hill and the London Zoo. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and hot food but the room was quite noisy. Better to sit outside if weather allows and you wish to eat at a busy time.

The hotel is close to the station, and the directions were very easy to follow. The surrounding area is quiet and away from the crowds, making it a perfect place for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—they handled my late check-in and luggage storage without any issues. They were also very responsive and polite when I contacted them via email. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you♪

pre booked room months ago, staff tried to put us in a lesser room, saying no rooms available and even suggested going to a different inn for a night , (had been up since 4am flying back from europe). Totally bizarre interaction. i was having none of it and eventually got an appropriate room!!!! Premier Inn , although convenient to my daughter's apartment is a never again. Wotif advocating such a place is never again, (i have been using Wotif on and off for years but this was a terrible and odd interaction.

Valitsimme tämän hotellin sen sijainnin vuoksi. Tulimme katsomaan konserttia Camdenin Roundhouseen ja hotelli on yhden metroaseman päässä siitä. Yövyimme 2 yötä. Ihan ok, siistit huoneet, mukava henkilökunta ja riittävä aamupala. Rauhallista meininkiä, eikä ääniä tai meteliä kuulunut viereisistä huoneista. Siistimpää kuin monissa "keskustaa" lähemmissä hotelleissa, missä olemme olleet aikaosemmilla reissuilla.
