We get to reception, staff are playing horfie rap music. Room is not as clean as other premier inn properties. Both lifts were out of order the next morning. Felt like it was in a shifty location. We love premier inn however this one was the worst of the lot

Dirty dingy hotel. Every staff there is rude from housekeeping to front desk. Nothing in our room worked when I complained about it to them they did not care. The AC didnt work mind you it’s summer time, no microwave, the mini fridge didnt work, no phones in the room, the wifi didnt work, housekeeping says they dont clean unless you tell the front desk. No toilet paper in the bathroom, the shower curtains did not touch the tub so the whole floor becomes wet. Breakfast is not included you have to pay additional fees. This place is a dump
