Cuidado. POSIBLE ESTAFA! Beware. POSSIBLE SCAM! Me alojé en el hotel a través de Expedia, al llegar al hotel, pagué con tarjeta y también me hicieron el cargo automático en la tarjeta en Expedia. Por lo que pagué dos veces lo mismo!! El hotel se desentiende, no facilitan documentación e indica que contacte con Expedia. Expedia por su parte dice que el hotel no le facilita la factura para comprobarlo y no puede devolver nada. Ha pasado mas de un mes y no me dan solución. Así que CUIDADO, si te duplican el pago, la reserva te costará el DOBLE!! I booked a hotel through Expedia. Upon arrival, I paid by card, and Expedia automatically charged my card as well. So I paid twice for the same thing! The hotel is washing their hands of it, refusing to provide any documentation, and telling me to contact Expedia. Expedia, for its part, says the hotel hasn't provided the invoice for verification and therefore can't issue a refund. It's been over a month, and they haven't offered a solution. So BEWARE, if they double-charge you, your reservation will cost you DOUBLE!

Lati positivi: Personale gentile, stanza pulita all’arrivo, comoda, colazione buona, sia dolce che salata di buona qualità. Negativi: non hanno mai pulito la camera, nonostante per farlo bisogna fare una richiesta entro le 12.00 e noi l’abbiamo fatta, dopo il primo giorno, ogni giorno. A due minuti da bus, metro e treni, però troppo distante dal centro, il Natale abbiamo dovuto usare gli UBER, altrimenti saremmo rimasti bloccati!

Ein tolles Hotel, um London zu erkunden. Gute Anbindung an Bahn und Bus, man kommt gut überall hin. Perfekt auch für ein Konzert in der O2 Arena. Sehr schönes Zimmer, super freundliches Personal!!! Die Bar ist ein großer Pluspunkt am Abend, das Frühstück war ausreichend. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.
