Property was spotless, room was missing basic amenities like a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly, but the lack of a permanent staff at the front desk was an inconvenience. Overall, I would stay there again because of the reasonable price and close proximity to town.

Some dinning place around the hotel but they are approximately 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Not bad if it is a day time. A bit quiet if walking to the hotel alone. The closest Tube station, Turnham Green station, does not have a lift nor escalator. It is a bit inconvenient if you carry big/heavy luggage.

The property is close to tube station if you’re travelling into the city . Terrible customer service . The tv was not working and we asked for new batteries but the staff declined saying ‘’ we don’t have any and will send someone to fix it’’ No one came . When checking in we pressed the buzzer for assistance , the male staff comes out and says ‘yes’. No hello or how can I help you . Terrible experience

Mi hijo vomitó en la moqueta y colchas de las camas y tardaron 2 días en venir a limpiarlo, a pesar de haber avisado en reiteradas ocasiones, pues era por la noche y nos dijeron que no había nadie de limpieza y solo nos trajeron toallas para poner encima del vomitado y nos cambiaron las colchas y nos dijeron que ya por la mañana lo limpiarían, cosa que no sucedió. La limpieza de las habitaciones nefasta. Además, la ventana no se puede abrir para ventilar la habitación.
