The staff was really nice and allowed us to store our bags before checking in. The room however didn’t have a working ac, the ceiling tile was punched in, there was dust over the counter/mirrors and trash was stuffed underneath the bed. It really wasn’t the best stay, but they did have good breakfast and like i mentioned before, staff was nice.

No frills affordable hotel close to Canary Wharf. From there take the Thames Clipper to central London. Very nice and helpful staff.

For me, the location was close to the London Museum Dockyards, where I had a Call The Midwife tour booked. The security guard was more helpful with answering my questions versus the front desk staff. The hotel is very close to the Elizabeth Line, which makes it easier for people to travel to and from Heathrow International. In regards to the room, there were not enough towels. There was also no box of tissues in the room.

Location of this hotel is really good if you are going to a concert at the O2. The hotel was clean and it was pretty comfortable. I would recommend it if you are staying at the O2. The staff at this hotel were really nice! I would definitely stay here again.
