I stayed at Point A and was really pleased with my stay. The room was small, but that's exactly what was advertised, and they certainly weren't joking about it being cosy! What stood out most was how clean and well maintained the hotel was. It's genuinely one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The staff were also attentive, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was very happy with the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is our third trip to Point A, and we gor the garden view! If you travel together the twin is too tiny, but perfect view over our garden to Fredfie Mercury's, which all London knows. Always a kind homey atmosphere.

Very clean, small but ideal for solo travel and a quick overnight stay. Very convenient for nearby places of interest, museums etc. Helpful staff and easy to reach using nearby tube station. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment but looked good. The area is quieter than most places at night.

The hotel was in a great location, very easy to navigate and get to the Tube station to get around London! The room and bathroom were very clean, we had two people with two twin beds. There was enough space for our luggage and to unpack some. The staff was very helpful and kind when we were going in and out throughout the day.

Location: Fantastic location! Just a quick 5-minute walk to the Earl's Court tube station, with plenty of great local pubs and restaurants right around the corner. Staff: Standout feature! The team here is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their hospitality made a huge difference. Room & Amenities: Beautifully modern! The room featured stylish, contemporary decor and was spotlessly clean. By London standards, it was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Overall Experience: A truly perfect stay from start to finish. I would highy recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

This is a fine property. It’s budget friendly ish and the location is good. The rooms are small and bathrooms quite small—normal for many London budget hotels. Unnecessary digital bells and whistles in the lighting and door could tell, yet the Sat TV barely works. My main complaint really is that they nickel and dime you for everything. 3 € each bag for storing if you arrive early or need to leave your bags—that’s lame. 25£ for a late check out. 15£ for early check in. Vending machines charging £7 for a charger adapter; they won’t lend one. Breakfast is costly. So this is all to say that the hotel is clean and nice enough but, like the airlines, all the extras cost and you might just stay at a better place for a little more where you don’t get charged for everything.

This is our third stay this year and we are back in September. It is a great base, very clean with friendly staff and comfortable beds. It also has air con which is just amazing at the moment especially during this heatwave. We have been to several concerts at Wembley Stadium and find the short walk to Earls Court tube station easy to get to and easy to navigate. There is also a coffee and pastry deal if you don’t fancy a full breakfast. Highly recommend, see you in September x

The room was nice but some days felt very warm, possibly because of the outside temp. A few chairs in the room and mini fridge would be nice or even easy access to ice to cool your drinks. Location was safe and walkable .
