Room was clean and had everything we needed for a one night in London. It is right next to Lamberth North tube station so was super easy to jump on the tube and get about. We only ever needed to travel in zone 1. Loads of places are walkable if you wanted to walk into the main stops. Staff were super friendly and will be choosing this hotel again.

A perfect unassuming little hotel in perfect proximity to Waterloo station. Clean modern rooms- yes small but who wants to spend time in a room while in the center of London. You get a clean modern room with everything you need at a reasonable price, well situated in central London. The room is extremely small so is ideal for solo travellers. The cons are minor and I would book this hotel again. But when you set the air-conditioning it can't go lower than 20 - which is too hot in my opinion. Also the pillows are some of the thickest I've ever encountered, not great for side sleepers.
