The hotel was a great location, the staff were great and we enjoyed our room. They looked like they were doing some renovations, but when we stayed, our room, particularly the bathroom, had a door that wouldn’t latch, and the shower would overfill and spill to the rest of the bathroom floor because there was not shower threshold and the floor did not have the correct tilt to cause natural drain.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic, the hotel is nice and the staff is incredible. The hotel is down the street from restaurants and grocery stores. Also down the street from Victoria station and pickup locations for all tour buses. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The property is a short distance to Victoria Station. Plenty of restaurants near by. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace.we went with our 11 year old granddaughter and had no problems getting around.

Great location and staff were friendly and helpful. Room housekeeping was inconsistent at times with soap and towels not always being adequately re-stocked. Had to hand write a note for the staff. Shower design is a bit silly with no door to cover the entire entrance allowing water to go on the floor.
