It was in a great location for the tube ,rail and bus .Lots of options for restaurants . The staff were all helpful and pleasant .we had a superior room with king size bed ,nice little sitting area and was clean . The air-conditioner did not get the room as cool as we liked it but it was quickly sorted out by asking for a fan .Would recommend this place to anyone ,in fact we just booked with them again .

The room was excellent upgraded to executive room but close to renovation. Of executive lounge but all work was between 09:00 - 16:00 the bar lounge was good great service and choice the breakfast was excellent great choice would stay here again great location for everything.
