Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Overall experience is great.
Pros
* Friendly staff and good service. I had toilet issue, staff was able to fix it quickly. Request for additional amenities was also addressed quickly. Luggages were handled very smoothly and quickly.
* Breakfast is good. There are a lot of varieties in breakfast, with good mix of meat / carbon hydrates / vegetables / fruits. To my surprise, the hotel even provides smoked mackerel and it tasted good.
* Transportation, buses and underground transportation are within short walking distance. Waterloo station is also very close.

I arrived by 8am and requested early check in (usually an additional cost attached). I was told that the rooms were occupied but that the staff will call me when it’s available. I checked back at 11am, 12:30pm and 1:30pm. Never received a call or email from anyone. At 1:30pm the supervisor told me the earliest I’d be able to check in was at 3pm. The offered me no concessions or alternatives. At 3pm they were not sure the room was ready. This is the official check in time….My stay started off with a bad impression. The room was ok. Location was convenient and walkable to various attractions.

love this hotel! few min walking distance to london eye and trafalgar square. a lot of shops everywhere
