Pure luxury! A five-star hotel. Professional and attentive staff, excellent restaurants — highly recommend this hotel if you want a next-level experience just a short cab ride from everything London has to offer. A special mention to Thomas, the Front Office Team Leader, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome, it really went a long way to turning a good trip into a memorable one.

Its a Park Hyatt, that means you know what you are getting, that is a top notch with an smart decoration hotel. The staff are very friendly and nice which is common in London in 5 star hotels but I thing they go the extra mile to make a difference. The hotel in not in your typical location in London for tourists but this could be a plus if you are looking to stay away from the crowds. Just be careful to check the exact location before you make a decision. To us it was what we were looking for and it worked perfectly. We got a corner room which had great looks to the Thames but a strange layout. The room is top notch but the controls are a little confusing since you can confuse the lights controls to the non disturb sign. Any way in conclusion this being a Park Hyatt made us feel very smart staying there and the rates they have are very competitive compared to other 5 star hotels in London. Probably it has to do with the location since I couldn’t find another reason.

Beautiful room with a spectacular view of the Themes River. Room had every amenity, a beautiful new Hyatt, quiet and lovely. Great Breakfast Buffet! (The construction around them is not their fault, just made it inconvenient driving in for a jet lagged driver from the states!)

Impeccable facilities and service. Area was 2 or 3 miles from the central part of town, but the Underground station is right there. I prefer that it wasn't as crowded as the real center of town. I would definetely sta there again!

Review: Park Hyatt London River Thames My stay at Park Hyatt London River Thames was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel has been designed to deliver a true five-star experience. The combination of luxurious interiors, attentive service, outstanding facilities and an excellent location made for a memorable visit. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending contemporary elegance with subtle British influences. The lobby creates a fantastic first impression, with high ceilings, stylish décor and a calm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. Every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, professional and genuinely eager to help, making the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. The room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, immaculately clean and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in any hotel. The bathroom felt like a private spa, featuring premium fixtures, a luxurious rainfall shower and high-quality amenities. Small details such as thoughtful lighting, ample charging points and intuitive room controls demonstrated how much attention has gone into the guest experience. One of the standout features is the hotel’s location overlooking the River Thames. While it sits slightly away from the busiest tourist areas, this actually adds to its appeal. The surroundings are peaceful, offering

I booked this trip last minute for my sister's birthday as due to some unexpected health news, we couldn't travel. From the moment we checked in we were so glad we made the decision to do a staycation. At the Check In desk we were greeted by Anna who was so welcoming and good natured. She was so kind and helpful and really made us feel at home. The room was perfect, a great size with amazing views of the Thames and the London skyline. We ended up having room service for dinner as we were quite tired but it did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was delicious and it was such a treat. An unexpected highlight was their herbal teas - expensive but well worth it. We also had breakfast in the room and it was excellent. Highly recommend the pancakes. We did check out the spa and pool and both were very nice and relaxing. Every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful and the place is a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of London. This is a great area to stay in, so if you're looking for a centrally located hotel that isn't in the super busy areas then this is a good choice.

Staff were nice. View was mid, river seem kinda dirty. Abit out of the way from major attractions but wasn’t super far. I might have left my brushes behind as I was rushing and called front desk after I checked up, to my surprise they weren’t able to find my reservation. ( I only checked out few hrs ago) and was hoping to confirm I really left it behind, front desk asked for an email but never gotten back to me so that was a bummer. Regardless the room was very clean.
