The hotel is outdated. Many things are broken or dirty. The ac was broken. The last night it also made a horrible noise and we didn’t sleep at all. In the middle of the night we were offered an other room to stay in but this room was very uncomfortable. We weren’t compensated. In our last day in London, we couldn’t do anything because we were too tired.

The staff and the hotel in itself shouldn’t be marketed as such a high standard. It was a basic hotel, heating the room didn’t work and we had some difficulties. It’s an ok hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. Make it up for yourself

Property was rated a 4 start? More like a 2 star. Very small room and the mattress was old and the springs were noticeable when you slept on it. Should have checked the mattress before I slept on it. VERY GROSS and DISGUSTING. SOILED MATTRESS Hotel was under renovations with the scafling infront of the hotel. Would not have stayed there knowing that. The hallway to your room stunk of lord knows what? Not a pleasant smell. Location was good but everything else BAD!!!

Great location

Great stay at this well located hotel within walking distance to cafes restaurants and the tube. Staff are very friendly and helpful and offered us a larger room. This is not readily available in London.
