Immaculate, personalized service where staff anticipate needs or make heart warming gestures (Happy birthday card and a slice of cake sent to the room even without prompting). Serene environment that feels like a "best-kept secret", and functional luxury of high-end amenities (Dyson hairdryer, straightener, curler on demand) attentive design. Not much options for a vegan breakfast definitely not worth paying the extra for breakfast. The room was good with a great view and was cleaned well. Lovely pool but no pool side service for drinks. Staff at the pool side were not the most helpful and in our opinion quite rude. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful and guest services are a great team too. Overall there are limited vegan options at this property but staff are quite nice. It is a good hotel and located well. I do hope they can bring the same standard that they have in Singapore.

We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Decor and furnishings were immaculate. Quality of fittings is very high end. The whole hotel was spotless. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond. Bar staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all. The area is great for transport links all over the city, with the hotel being a 3 minute walk from Liverpool Street station. We would definitely return the next time we visit London.
