Best accommodation in London! Fabulous breakfast. Happy hour drinks were affordable! very clean all round. However, duvets are always way too thick for the summer and bunkbeds could do with a little shelf to put spectacles and drinks on.

The storage space good but kept under bed so getting out and then opening is hard as it is heavy .not suitable for people with health issues or pregnancy .they could add some tyres or open in space facing outside rather than from top to ease it . The ambience is good ,cleaned toilets ,workspace,lounge,restaurant ,kitchen .get royal feel .must try for palace experience

When I booked this stay I was skeptical because for location it was very cheap. I wasn’t expecting much but a place to lay my head after work. WOW I couldn’t have being more wrong in my pre stay assumption. This place is outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for more this hostel is clean, friendly and amazing. Best place to stay in London if you need good cheap accommodation. I will be returning very soon. Thank you so much to all the staff for being so welcoming. You do a fantastic job each and every one of you. I have recommended this place to many of my industry colleagues and I am sure they will be using this facility for there next stay.
