The stay was great, good location with a QPark around the corner and convenient for our stay. I would recommend for a low cost option especially if visiting for a Show. The hotel is no frills and as long as you’re happy with that won’t be disappointed.

Clean room, shops nearby. Half hour walk to the Elizabeth Tower and Westminster Abbey. Hotel room is decent. Staff give out great directions when asked. Only thing that sucked was when the lift was out of order. No fun carrying luggage up and down the stairs.

Located in an attractive and quiet neighborhood not too far from dining and attractions. Public transportation is just a few minutes away. The room was clean and comfortable.

There are pictures of breakfast but there where no breakfast. Very small bathroom and low pressure in the shower. No refrigirator in the room. Only good things is the location near Victoria station and the price.

The location of the Townhouse was great. It was easy to walk to the Victoria Train station, Westminster, and close to the theater. The lift wasn’t working when we were there, which wouldn’t have been terrible if the building wasn’t so hot inside. All the windows were closed, and even though it was relatively cool outside, it was very stuffy and warm inside. Once we opened our window and jammed a fan in it, it was better. Our beds were comfortable with clean bedding and the room wasn’t disgusting, but wasn’t super clean either. The shower had very low water pressure and the radiator was super rusty. However, this is a “get what you paid for” situation. Was the townhouse super nice? No. However, it was in a very nice neighborhood and very close to what we were planning to see. Other hotels in the neighborhood were three times the price. It was worth it to us, so we could spend that money elsewhere…. Like Hamilton tickets.

Our room was disgusting - there was at least an inch of dust in places and had holes in the curtains. It may have had a quick hoover before we arrived, but definitely nothing more than that. Our ensuite bathroom was no better. Neither the toilet, sink nor shower were as clean as one would expect, and the water pressure was practically non-existent! We were there during the hottest may days on record, and I couldn't even get my hair washed because the water pressure was so pathetic! In the corridors, the wallpaper was falling off the walls. It's such a shame as the hotel is in a prime location and is easily accessible from central London and the landmarks. We will not be returning though as, even for the price we paid, we were incredibly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the rooms.

To be fair, I picked this place knowing it wasnt as nice as others. But there was a razor in the shower and hair in the drain. The shower was obviously not clean. There was rubbish under the bed and the beautiful moulding on the high ceilings had dust so thick I didnt want to look at it. Luckily, we werent in the room much. The bed linens were clean, and it was a safe place to sleep. However, if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bad choice. The lift doesnt actually go to the first floor so you will need to use the stairs. Also, if you are above average weight the shower may be difficult to use. If you are willing to overlook these things for a cheaper room, the location is great and the staff were so kind and helpful. I have super mixed feelings because parts of it were gross but overall we had a good experience.

Great location. Very walkable to many restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. Room was very basic, 3 twin beds that were very comfortable. Property was clean and efficient. Shower was very small, and no early check ins are allowed, however, they had a storage room for our luggage, so we good drop it off and start exploring the area. Would recommend for short stays.

I ad a single room, it was clean and great location, but when I say small, I really mean really small. The single bed was against the wall, and luckily I only had a carry on suitcase that I put on the floor at the end of my bed, therefore you could not open the door to get out. The price was very good, the location was 4 minute walk from Victoria coach station, and the room was very clean, but literally no amenities, slightly more like a hostel set up. If you are on a budget, and want to be in a great location, this would work well.
