Service with a Smile

We went there as a group and the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating and did their best to make sure we had all we needed. The hotel is simple but comfortable and the breakfast feels home made. Also very well located with the underground, overground and buses to easily reach all the main locations in central London.

I don’t remember seeing free breakfast when I booked this hotel but I’m so glad they have free breakfast. This hotel is far from London’s main attractions but it’s close to subway and Westfield.

Good experience ! The room was ok, small but comfortable. The only thing was that it was a little difficult to move around the bathroom as it was quite small. A few little details are a bit dated but generally, it was a plesent stay. My room was done every day, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the location was great.

Gefallen hat mir das das personal super war, aber wir hatten 3 einzelzimmer und die waren dermassen unterschiedlich auch von der grösse nicht gut. Ausstattung war genauso Unterschiedlich und mein Bad so klein das ich fasdt nicht rein kam denn die Dusche ar fasst in der tür. Super Verkehrsanbindung in die Stadt.

Very convenient for the 02 Empire for the night. Nice shower, pity about the hair left in the toilet, I guess it escaped the cleaner. Double bed was OK but a bit hard. Not too noisy despite being at the front. I was in the second building and breakfast was very good with friendly staff.

I booked a deluxe double room but it was not deluxe in the slightest. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet had a crack in the seat. Thankfully we were only there after a night out in London. Our room on the ground floor was exceptionally noisy too. On the positives the bed was comfy and there is a fridge/freezer in the room. Car parking is an additional £10.

I stayed at this property because it was the cheapest place available ($307 Cdn) when I was stranded at Heathrow Airport with thousands of other travelers. I could have cried when I saw the place. Mold in the bathroom, the hairdryer per their ad is from the 1960's, below grade, small and depressing. I didn't sleep under the covers and I didn't use the shower because it was so disgusting.
