I booked the room for a business trip and found it very well-suited. The room was generously sized and comfortable, in a quiet location, and well-connected to central London. I travelled for a business trip and the room was spacious and very clean. I was surprised to see a co-working space and for someone travelling for work this was very convenient to catch up on some emails. Great location, very close to the underground and I would definitely return.

no water in the hotel for basically the whole weekend we stayed there -when we contacted customer service to complain we could not shower or use the toilet we were met with a single emoji in response and nothing else! we had to follow up again to ask what was going on. going in the room was very clean, but as a basic and casual hotel for somewhere to sleep and freshen up, we didn’t even get to do that. and little details seem to be missed in the rooms -nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, few plugs available, lighting was very dim. even the lobby area where you can relax is eerily quiet -this hotel has no atmosphere or charm.
