Very nice property. Room modern and spacious. Accommodated family 3 easily. Side bed was comfortable for teenager. Front staff was extremely kind and helpful. Loved the location walking access to Boroughs yard and market. Quick walk to London Bridge Tube station but watch out the Jubilee line is busy!!

My family and I had an exceptional stay in London. The hotel is located close to convenient stores, restaurants, and Borough Market. The room exceeded all our expectations and we had a comfortable stay. Lastly, Carla, the front desk associate was extremely friendly, helpful on several asks, and always welcomed us with a smile. Poor room, awesome breakfast

The room was gloomy with very low lighting. When we checked in, the phone and the iron weren't working and the bathroom sink plug was broken. Kudos to the staff though, as they got everything fixed quickly. Great service! The breakfast was brilliant!

Pros: The location is definitely the highlight—right in the central district and super convenient. Most of the main attractions are within a 30-minute walk, which made getting around really easy. The breakfast was also solid. It’s £20 for adults, but kids eat free, which is a nice bonus. Good variety and a great way to start the day. Cons: The front desk experience wasn’t great. After traveling over 15 hours from Asia with two tired kids, we were barely acknowledged at check-in on the evening of 7/4 No greeting, no smile—just a young woman staring at her screen who didn’t seem interested in helping. We had a lot of luggage and no one offered assistance. I had to ask for help, and they just pointed to where I could find a trolley. All in all a very apathetic, almost indifferent reception and this was across several interactions over our 3 night stay. The room was pretty tight for a family of four. Once the pull-out sofa was set up for the kids, there was hardly any space left to move around. Also, the gym was very limited and the sauna was closed for maintenance, which was a bit disappointing.

We were not satisfied with the air-condition. The temperature at nighttime was too high even at a temperature setting with wo degrees Celsius and in the last night it failed completely!!
