I've stayed here several times and I've always been so impressed. This time I was disappointed, the check in was slow and disorganised, the room carpet hadn't been hoovered and the shower was leaking into the room. We didn't realise there was a leak till we got back after a concert and we were too tired to try and change rooms. I hope its just a blip because I love everything about this hotel. We did speak to the manager at check out so I hope they get it sorted. The bedding and towels were spotless and breakfast was banging.
