World class hotel in centre of London which won’t break the bank - very competitively priced. The recent negative review of the hotel on YouTube travel channel is unrecognisable to me TBH. I love the attentive staff there - particularly the doormen - great job guys!

What a lovely hotel - will defo go back. Had an op in Harley St so this the overnght before returning home. Super helpful staff from the concierge, reception & room service - couldnt do enough. Plan to return for the fab afternoon tea very soon.
