Great little property in a fantastic location. Walking distance to lots of sights and eateries. Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. The owners would do well to remind people staying in the apartments that sound proofing is minimal and if coming back at 4am it might be polite to whisper etc.

Terrible experience! There was black mold in the bathroom that was so severe we couldn’t sleep. The room was hot and humid, despite mild weather outside and there is little to no ventilation. We contacted customer service because we needed to get out of this terrible place and they did not help. Instead of immediately addressing the issue we were told to fill out a Google form and wait up to 10 days for a response. We’re still waiting to hear back about a refund. Avoid this place!

Good for a business trip

Apartment was very convenient for an overnight business trip. Room was very clean with double bed, kitchenette, table & chair and a bathroom with shower. Only complaint was there is no aircon and it was a very hot night. I had to open window, which of course means you are woken up early by various London noises. Place was spotlessly clean though.

Convenient and comfortable

Overall a great stay, easy to access. The room was comfortable, but I wish I bought my earplugs (although I feel this applies to any stay in London!). I feel there were also a lot of emails before the stay, pre-check-in, check-in, pre-check-out and check-out... it's filled my inbox and had to supply a lot of information.

Spacious newly remodeled, well located studio flat

Wow! Gorgeously remodeled lower ground studio apartment. Spacious and convenient with kitchenette and refrigerator. It looks like they are "almost" finished outfitting it (maybe a space for a washer or dishwasher?), but it had all I needed for a week stay. Good location for transit links and access to restaurants, etc. I was nervous about all the check in details, but they over communicated and though I didn't use them, I was glad to have the security of knowing the videos were there if I had trouble with the instructions. Really hope to stay again.

WiFi dropped out at 20:30 on both nights I stayed not coming back on until the next afternoon, for this to happen both nights in a row was obviously not a coincidence. I raised the issue with them and got nothing other than an “we’ll pass the issue on”.

The climate controls in the apartment were a disaster. The room was swelteringly hot (probably 25-30C) despite outside temperatures being in the 10-15C range. This was due to the lack of AC, the fact that the window could only be opened by a narrow gap of 5C and the fact that the heating could only be disabled by switching off a breaker. I would not want to stay there again anytime that isn't winter.

Despite good location & cleanliness, it is important to pay attention to other reviews. Extremely noisy, paper-thin walls, conversation and activities in neighbouring rooms felt like they were taking place in my room. Hard wood floors in public areas led to be woken several times each night (beyond 2am). Biggest issue - no control over temperature/heat. The place was like an oven. The only way to cool it a little was to open windows onto a sub-basement light well (which most neighbours were also doing) However, you couldn't leave them open as it would make the room insecure. It was unbearably hot and difficult to sleep! The majority of rooms appear to be sub-basement, with a dark light well, which made the room feel like an internal space. Rain into that light well on the second night bounced off the hard tiled floor, against disturbing sleep. A real shame as some simple fixes could make all the difference to this property. I would not recommend it and would not stay again.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bietet auch alles, was es für einen Kurztrip nach London braucht. Leider war das Zimmer (trotz stetigem Lüften) sehr warm, sodass gerade die Nächte durch die andauernde Hitze sehr unangenehm waren. Zudem war das Apartment auch sehr hellhörig.

Das Bett war für 2 Personen mit 1.20m viel zu klein. Es fehlten hacken für die Jacken zum aufhängen. Die Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet und nicht zum kochen geeignet. Die Wände waren extrem dünn. Die Türen klappern ständig von den Nachbarn war einen oft aufschrecken ließ. Lage war aber sehr gut, für 2 Nächte ok. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen.

Great location, very secure and it was quiet. I was on the ground floor at the vack ofvthe property. Shower was good. Things to improve, bed was not a full double had a cheap wooden frame that creaked badly. The room was very warm, I opened the windows. and did find a fan in the wardrobe there is aircon. No floor length mirror. Was like a basic clean hotel room with the added kitchen.

Property was great, easy to find and very clean and quite, it also has disabled parking just outside the apartment for those who need it. As mentioned by other reviewers the apartments are on the warm side but there was a heat wave on! We where in room 25 which had a velux window which really helped. Overall the best hotel / apartment that we have stayed in and will stay in again.
