Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Our room and whole hotel including reception area was immaculate and the staff were exceptionally helpful.The location couldnot be bettered, just a few minutes one way to Piccadilly Circus, Fortnum & Mason & the Royal Academy and same to Leicester Square and China town the other way. Around 7 minutes to Covent Garden and 5 to Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery. Lots of independent coffee shops, eateries and restaurants on the door step. Close to theatres and Shafestsbury Ave. Hotel only has seven rooms and is a grade 2 listed building so owners severely restricted re: making changes eg. double glazing of windows for sound proofing. We really enjoyed our stay for all the above amenities but it was noisy on the ground floor bedroom at night.
