The room is good size, modern design with cabinet included. The washroom is difficult to access through the sliding door. Light fixtures have a life of their own, turning on and off randomly. The location was great, staff were friendly, the room was very spacious and clean, and there was a well organized kitchen in the room. Only downside is there are no views in the room but the spaciousness of the room made up for it.

We thought the room was a great size for the area/price point. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was great for prepping some breakfast and making tea. The added milk in the fridge was a nice touch! We got in quite late, but the check-in was quick and easy. Our room was very quiet and we loved the blackout curtains so we could sleep in after a long journey. The filtered water in the common area was appreciated also. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. The location is perfect to walk to many attractions like Borough Market, the Tower of London, and Tower Bridge. We took the Uber Boat (1 minute walk from the hotel) to reach more central areas like Covent Garden and Soho. We were also only a 8 minute walk from the tube to get back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again if we return to London.
