The room was clean and tidy. It was relatively quiet at night. Close to amenities. Unfortunately the cigarette smell was immense from the room next door which was supposed to be non smoking rooms.

Great value for cost. Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean, smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Some dishes but some were missing. Kettles did not work. I have to say what gave it such a great rating was the helpful staff and it was so quiet as the traffic slowed right down overnight!

Not for average travellers; more for one-nighters where you want a bed for entertainment. In-room, heart-shaped whirlpool hot tub with little red lites all around is kind of hokey for regular travellers. Property has really seen its better days, parking is crowded and other clientèle seem iffy from the get-go. Price for London ON is a bargain so if you’re alone and on a tight budget you’ll probably sleep okay. Walmart shopping around the corner and eateries too, so altogether good for the budget.

I was located in adjacent building very well maintained. Full kitchen and stove but few utensils (forks only), No plates or cups in cupboards or pots and pans. Bring your own. Otherwise, still recommended

The property could tar some renovations as it is pretty tired. There was a microwave but no kettle which would have been handy. The location is good for groceries and restaurants.

Room was clean. Bed was as hard as a rock! No coffee-maker. No iron. Tv was very difficult to figure out! 1 face cloth for 2 people! Bed wasn't made for our second night there and no clean towels for second day. 1 bedside light didn't work. VERY tiny room. We won't be returning to this motel.

The staffs were so friendly and super helpful, the rooms was so clean, the bed was comfy. We booked for 2 nights. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately, due to the fact that we smelled cigarette in our room. We are non-smokers, we suspected someone in another room smoked inside their room led to the smell of cigarette got transmitted through to our room. My wife was sensitive to smoke and started coughing since then, she couldn't get to sleep until she took inhaler and put a mask on.
