Very comfortable stay

We stayed at the Morgan while on a City Break in London. We had a very comfortable stay in a double room. The hotel is very well located for the West End theatres and restaurants.

Confirm if your room has a/c. We were a family of five and booked one of the apartments in the summer. We were surprised to learn the apartment had no air conditioning for cooling. But 3 fans were useful. But not for the price were rented the apartment for.

This hotel was in such a great location to walk around lots of neat areas of London! It is also close by conveniences like shops and food. The included breakfast was great and the staff was very attention. The room was a great size and very cute!

The property is older and outdated, but the staff was amazing and the breakfast included was great. The location is the best part about it. Even though it was outdated, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were musty but clean.

The management and staff were all friendly, welcoming, helpful and hard-working. Although our top floor room was a bit worn in spots, the room was cleaned very well and had fresh towels every day (good exercise going up the stairs!).The breakfasts were tasty and substantial, so that we didn't have another full meal until dinner. The street was sometimes noisy at night (earplugs help), but the location is fantastic! It is an easy walk to so many sites, the West End theatres, and to train and tube stations. The Bloomsbury squares near the Morgan Hotel are amazing. If we came back to London, we would stay here again. We say a big thank you to the marvellous staff.

Hotel room did not appear as in the photo and was severely dated, with low quality bathroom and fit out. Whilst the did change this after multiple requests the room was made up as a twin rather than a double. Travel iron was in room, but no where to place it bar the floor Breakfast had limited options if you did not want a fry up and was served in a basement beneath some very low ceiling steps. I had to take my case down the steps to check in so would not rate the accessibility for this hotel Air conditioning unit was modern and worked well

Great service, friendly and polite staff. Arrived early to drop bags and found room was available so very pleased. Also left our bags with them after we checked out and they were very accommodating. Everything in the room that we needed, very comfortable and plenty of space for four, everything was super clean and in excellent repair. Can’t recommend strongly enough.
