The hotel is located in a great area--safe, extremely convenient for all types of transport, major attractions close by, lots of dining options. Excellent Indian restaurant on site. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The property is not a fresh, new hotel, but has it's charms and is very clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What really stood out to me was the friendliness and warmth of the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness made me feel truly comfortable and at home. Comparing others in the same area, I was shocked with low hygiene level - hair on bed and tub for instance. I only stayed for an hour and left. They are far out of date and must refurbish soon.

This hotel was very pleasant ,clean and the staff really proffessional .I enjoyed the two night we stayed there very much and would stay there again.Breakfast was the usual continental but of a high standard i thought .We wanted for nothing .

Good location, nice room, it said shared bathroom but my room had one inside and it was working (just the water pressure in the shower was low), the staff was very friendly and sweet, the elevator was the smallest one I’ve ever seen but it’s okay

There were issues with the air conditioning. The floor, bathroom lock, and TV were a little busted, but the shower water pressure and warmth were excellent. Overall nice stay. They did what they could to make all issues right. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Housekeeping staff were excellent!!! Thank you.

I would not stay here again. We booked a double room for one night. When we got there, all the double rooms were taken, even though we booked well in advance. They stuck us in the basement with a bunch of small beds. Weird smell, not clean. The energy just wasn’t good, and the staff really had nothing to say on why they overbooked the rooms and had to stick us in the basement.
