Only problem I had was with the check in service which was outside the hotel doors. As it happened the weather was fine but it was very slow and would have been a problem in the weather was bad.

Nice hotel, hardly anyone there

Decent enough place to stay. Room was clean and tidy. Just feels like no one is there. One member of staff on reception and only during the day. As a lone female traveller it made me feel quite vunerable. I’d expect hotels to have night security as a minimum.

I checked in late and was allocated a room from the automated check in. The room was freezing cold and the heating didn't work - eventually I had to ring the emergency number for a representative to allocate me to another room

A quick 1 night stay while watching the Football at Stamford Bridge. The ground is walkable in about 35 minutes. The room was basic but comfortable & the breakfast was very nice.

Excellent budget hotel. We wanted to check-in early, no problem and no extra charge. Nice room, well laid out and with tea and biscuits. Oh and a good breakfast buffet included. This hotel is all the things Travelodge and Premier Inn aren't.
