Location is great as it’s close to Hyde park and Westminster palace. Very close to Lancaster gate station and also Paddington train station to Heathrow Airport. Hotel has great full English breakfast and staff are wonderful. Hotel has no air conditioning.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly and we cannot fault their service. The breakfast was really filling, and service was super efficient. The location was also perfect for our family of five, close to public transport and very central to all the main tourist attractions. After a long day sight seeing the bar was the perfect place to unwind.
