Amazing location and very clean rooms. We will definitely stay there again! The only downside was that the TV in our room was a bit old and took some time to load the TV channels and YouTube.

Good pricepoint, excellent linens, efficient aircon (it was a hot couple of nights and I slept undisturbed). Central location is busy but not overly intrusive. Staff are really helpful without being fussy. I never stay anywhere else when in Town.

Wonderful hard product, the small rooms are small! They do for a night and the staff were lovely. Only complaint would be a charge to leave luggage for a few hours - feels a little cash grabby.

Great hotel in a lovely part of soho! It has a boutique feel with all the stylish aspects that come along with that. I stayed in one of their larger rooms & had no complaints! Spacious, clean & the bathroom was very chic.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness
My room was thoroughly cleaned each day. Additionally clean towels and sheets were provided daily. The room was dark with old window drapes and furnishings. While the room was minimally acceptable, the fact it was located in a separate building a city block away from the the main hotel made me uncomfortable from a security standpoint. Additionally, as a senior I struggled having to climb two very steep and narrow staircases to reach my room.

Excellent location of course, rooms small and very odd without a window but claustrophobic. Zero help with bringing the luggage in when checking into hotel or any assistance with luggage when checking out. Rate this a zero! Would not stay there again.

This place is consistently good; I keep coming back because it is so dependable. The staff are welcoming and friendly; the bed is always extremely comfortable and the linen brightly white. Towels are big, thick and fluffy; the shower is always easily regulated and quite spacious enough. All of this in an affordable place at the heart of Soho, from where most things I need are walkable. The lively atmosphere there is a bonus, too.
