I was catfished. We walked in the room and immediately laughed, the room was the size of a closet. Not even a hobbit could walk in the room without bumping into walls. Could barely fit 3 suitcases in the room. You are better off doing an Airbnb for 160 a night. Staff was nice and room was clean however I find it impossible it is legal to have these mini windowless dungeons on the market.

Rooms are very small, great for single or 2 person travel. Beds are rock hard and pillows are VERY thin. Showers are great water pressure and great hot water. Staff is AMAZING.

Amazing location in an area filled with life, pubs and restaurants. 30 min walk to Buckingham palace and within walking range to Piccadilly, Oxford circus and Covent garden. Easy check in, lux room good for Soho, good toiletries, comfy bed, great location. Items for improvement- no tea bags (gave pods for the coffee machine which were worse than useless, no kettle and you had to remove the machine from the cupboard and plug in elsewhere). No shelves/area in the bathroom to put anything. The bar closed at 11:30 and hotel guests could not get anything after that to take to room which was disappointing. A little noisy due to the area, could do with double glazing. Would stay here again though.
