Great location. Room needs a refresh. Paint chipping on the sliding door for bathroom. Need more outlets on both nightstands. Not just desk. Staff was efficient. Room attendants friendly.

Great stay. My only regret is that I made arrangements at another hotel, but I would have preferred staying longer. The room was terrific, the be very comfortable, and the people at the hotel were great.

Dilapidated, small and old. This hotel is barely 1 star. Way over priced. Yes the location is good as Knightsbridge is one of the nicest areas in London. But this hotel is a dump.

Abdul at bell service was terrible. He brought our luggage to the Sloane street entrance because he did not want to take it down the steps on the other side of the hotel. Sloane street is a busy street, with lots of traffic. The taxi could not stand for too long and he refused to help unload the luggage off the trolley.

Very average. The reception staff is polite but not warm or welcoming with the exception of their concierge Zoltan, who was helpful and friendly. I think if the room wasn’t dusty and had some essentials in the bathroom, it would have been ok.
