The staff at this hotel is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in an excellent location which enabled us to reach all major sites readily by bus, taxi, train or by walking. The hotel is air conditioned, has a restaurant and lovely bar and lounge area. I highly recommend this hotel and will return when back in London.

Middle Eight is a beautiful hotel ideally located for theatre visits, Covent Garden and the Embankment. Breakfast was superb with a lovely mix of cereals, pastries and a choice of hot food too, as well as continental meats and cheeses. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Our room was spacious and sound proofed! A lovely range of amenities in the room including beautiful thick dressing gowns and slippers, hair dryer and even an ironing board and iron! Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and very safe area. Breakfast staff were really nice. Rooms were clean but aircon was hit and miss it wouldn’t always switch off properly. Overall we had a very nice stay. Reception staff were very helpful as well.

This hotel is located in a great spot for exploring the city on foot. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee, shops, and of course, Covent Garden nearby. The staff was incredibly hospitable. As a tea drinker, I especially appreciated that there was a complementary bottle of milk in the mini bar fridge for morning tea in a pretty cup (with a saucer!). We felt truly pampered throughout our stay.

The Staff were so nice and accommodating. SAQ provided us with water and prosecco at check in and a tour. The rooms were stylish and clean and big for a London hotel. The bar and lounge were stylish. Tip if you want a taxi to the airport ask the concierge for the best flat rate. Location is incredible, lots of food and a 24hr convenience store across the street. Close to the Tube and Hop on Hop off bus stop. It was such a lovely time there I would stay again.
