I have to say the bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve slept in during 30 years of traveling. The mattress sloped so much - anyway. And we never complain but this was up there. Great location and really nice staff.

There isn't a ramp to enter this hotel, so it was extremely difficult to lift a stroller up all the stairs. In addition, the standard room was incredibly tiny.

The cleaning of the room was sometimes incomplete, bathroom also looked dirty after cleaning, they didn´t clean tha glasses. tehre is a carpet on the floor so the look is of dirt. The room assigned to us was very small, diferent than the one EXPEDIA shows in the reservation. We used the EXPEDIA website to show the room we reserved and only on the second day we were moved to the correct room. I believe EXPEDIA nd the propertry should coorindate the images and the room descriptions which today do not reflect the reality. on the other side, staff at the reception desk and breakfast time was very nice and responsive and breakfast buffet was quite complete and good.

Staff were all friendly and welcoming and personable, but the room wasn't great for the cost. Tv didn't work and staff had to fiddle with it to get signal. Hairdryer didn't work. The hotel replaced it. Furniture old and scuffed. The door opened so close to the bed it banged on the end. But yes staff were lovely!
