Family of 5 stayed in the Marylebone suite with connecting rooms. Kids loved it. The Level lounge had a great breakfast. Room service was reliable with decent selection. But if we wanted to stay in and craved different types of cuisines like Thai we would Uber Eats deliver and the lounge had plenty of tables/couches for us to sit and eat and also enjoy all the drinks, hot chocolate, fruits and desserts etc. We used to stay at the Grand Hyatt Churchill London, but we’ll be staying here in the future.

Our only issue was that our room’s air circulation system kept jumping up to 21 degrees when we were out, which was not what we needed when we wanted to come back to an icy cool room during a heat wave! We didn’t have breakfast included and thought this was expensive at £20 a head, so we found other options locally which were more cost effective options. We also ate out-there’s so many options available. Hotel location was perfect, right next door to Regent’s Park - amazing and about 20mins walk to theatres and another 10mins or so to Covent Garden. Tube station within 5min walk so everything was really easy to get to and find. Great option for a London stay.
