Smoke odor during the entire stay - communication with the property manager did not resolve the issue. The location was a nice walking distance to bus stops and restaurants. The bedding also had the smoke odor which seemed was coming from the tenants downstairs.

Lovely stay and in an excellent location in beautiful Marylebone. Silvia was great at communicating with us and was so kind to let us check in early (which was much appreciated since we’d just arrived from a 10 hour flight). We stayed in the studio apartment which is down in the basement. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs since these older London buildings can be loud when someone is entering the building above you. Other than that, the only other hiccup we encountered was some difficulties trying to figure out to get the combo washer/dryer to work (but this is likely due to our lack of familiarity with these machines — you can find manuals online for it but it still was a tad tricky for us to get right). Ad two women, we also loved the ample closet space and many mirrors which made getting ready and dressed up easy! Would certainly stay here again!

There were stains on the couches and dust on the windows and windowsills. Had to do a deep clean of the bathroom as there was still hair in the shower and the outside of the toliet was not clean. Floor was sticky and rugs dirty.

Clean; quiet; stocked with necessities for the apartment such as an outlet adapter, washing detergent, dish soap, hairdryer, fan. Our only complaint was that the rain-style showerhead does not work well for such a small shower/bathroom.

We had a coffee machine but the wrong pods for the machine - The towels were grey (ie had been white but very worn). Overall it was a very average property but was mitigated by quietness and location.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, the place was very clean and the check-in process was very smooth. There were a few drawbacks to the apartment that might be a dealbreaker for some: 1) The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and unusable. We requested a mattress topper which was kindly and very quickly supplied by the host, which at least made it bearable for the week. But we were still left with the option of sleeping uphill or downhill. It needs to be replaced. 2) The toilet has a ridiculously weak flush, meaning it had to be flushed as many as 15 times in a row to clear contents. Not how you want to spend your time in London! 3) The gas hob only works if you hold the gas knob down while cooking - very awkward indeed! For the above reasons, we could only recommend the apartment to a couple (not a family) who don’t plan on cooking. The location alone would make it a great choice in that case and we would certainly return if it was just the two of us.

It was a lovely experience for us to stay at Marylebone Village Apartments. It is clean, very comfortable and very convenient.Every detail was thought of in the rooms. The location is amazing, walking distance to the Marble Arch, Oxford St., Baker St., and so on. The Church's bells are definitely not annoying. The Manager, Silvia, is very helpful and simply super! Great apartment in good location

Lovely apartment in great location. Easy walk to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Good communication in the run up to the stay and easy check in process. The only feedback I have is the pull out bed isn’t very comfortable and we could have done with a few more towels. But we were only there 2 nights so these things were major issues and overall I would definitely recommend staying here!

The flat location is central to many attractions, walkable distance to restaurants, salons, cafes and beautiful Regent’s park. Flat is clean and beds very comfortable and our 6 days stay was very pleasant. One recommendation is the bathroom, it’s needs better ventilation. The church next door looks historic; a beautiful structure; we were not bothered with the hourly bell chime. Internet was very strong and thanks for the access to Netflix (Hassan, we like all your picks). I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back. Thanks to Silvia for accommodating our hr delayed check out.
