Ideal location for Troxy as it’s just across the road. Room was spacious and very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Doesn’t look very pretty as a building but inside the room was really lovely. Reception staff were great and very helpful. Security guard around on an evening which was reassuring to see, made us feel secure.

ABBA fantastic visit.

We had a fabulous time and the apartment was great. Only problem was no air conditioning and it was the hottest weekend of the year. But it was ok with windows open. Staff were fab. Would recommend as a cheaper alternative to hotel and great for that side of London.

Great apartment!

Great experience at the Marlin Apartments, only a short walk from Limehouse station. Friendly reception staff (Shan was wonderful!) and apartment was a really good size, clean and had everything that we needed. Only hiccup was not having sofa bed ready as we were a booking of 3 but quickly resolved at reception. Would definitely look to book here again if I was staying in London.

Booked at short notice. Had not heard of Marlin but now I have experiences them they will be top of my list for London. Well equipped, excellent staff, good location so close to DLR (Limehouse) . Easy hop to O2 one way and Bank TFL the other. Highly recommend

Brilliant place to stay

Went to a concert with family and stayed at Marlin Apartments Limehouse. The studio flat was immaculate and was better than the pictures shown. Made a good use of the kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and tea. Had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Marlins. Flat was very well appointed with all necessary amenities available in good working condition. Pedestal fan and iron were a welcome surprise. Fan especially needed in this weather. Grocery store, metro and bus station are very close to the apartment. We highly recommend this place

Awesome apartment next to the DRL tube 15min away of the madness. The apartment nicely decorated and with almost all you can required (just kitchen disposable towels were missing) Many mini markets and wonderful options for breakfast lunch and dinner The area at night looked unsafe I saw people stealing food from the super market.

I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient. If the apartment has provided more cleaning solutions for customers and the sink is smooth then it should be perfect. Only one thing couldn't be found, one day early morning the apartment had a staff to do the maintenance in my room but no one informed me.

Let me start with positives. Conveniently located for public transport. Bus stop is right across the apartment. DLR is about 5 mins walk Washer and dryer is useless. It’s a very small combo appliance suitable for probably 1 pair of clothing.dryer makes noise as if there is an airplane engine in it. Still does not dry full even after 2 hours. We gave up on this after the 2nd day and dried our clothes on the rack The bath tub is almost 2.5 to 3 ft high. If you have small kids or elders they cannot get in to this. And it has half door. So the water keeps spilling out. Kitchen has bare minimal cookware. No AC. So on some hot days in the morning times you have to sit in front of the pedestal fan. Some of the fans were bad and even after a complaint to fix no one showed up. There are no extra fans available This is definitely not a 4 star hotel

We spent 11 days in this apartment. On the web it said provided free toiletry but when we asked for shampoo and conditioner, they said we had to buy it ourselves. They gave us only the 1st time welcome pack which is 30ml tiny bottle. But they gave you refill of toilet paper only. For the washing machine detergent, they wokt give you refrill.So what does it means for free toiletries items and asa tourist, i wont bug the normal size and then carry in lugguage. We travelled to mamy apartments and they all provided sufficient items foe the duration you stay. This living so dort and noisy which cant let me kid to sleep. Cigarettes are outside of the windows and the windows have no lick. So when windy, you will hear the wooden windows keep flip and knocking the the frame and super noisy. I regrwt i didnt pick excel to stay juat less then 10 mins DLR and i can tell you at least half of the peice, bigger and new. This Merlin apartment nearby have many beggars and i can see from my unit, there was a shelters up at the roof on top of the restaurant opposite aide of the street.

The reception area was bright and clean. The room was large, clean, and the kitchen had almost everything I needed, except a roll of paoer towel which I needed badly. Finding the hotel was very difficult, evdn though it was on a main street and very visible. Even four locals did not know. Why? Because the name of the building the hotel is that of an old church. It is a hotel converted from a church. The hotel name was only on the glass door. And the church's name is visible from across the street. This, I was told, is required by local law. But the hotel should make the guests aware of it. The front door is also akways locked and one needs a FOB to get in. Charging me twice for the same stay was also not nice and inconvenient. Still waiting for the promised refund, from which I will get less than what I was charged to my card. The two staff I dealt with seem to be inexperienced. One, a new employee, charged me twice and other told me a package delivered to the hotel, with my name on it, could not have been accepted when I was not in the hotel, although I had been told it would be. She did not even check. The package was there and I got it.
