The hotel is well placed close to bus stops to move around the city. We had a little bit of a misshap with another guest's irresponsible behavior and the staff was very helpful in making us feel comfortable and heard.

If we needed a place in London, this is definitely a location we'd return to. The property was well-maintained and up-to-date and it was nice having a bar onsite. The hotel is near a number of great restaurants. My only wish is that it was tiny bit closer to the Liverpool station tube stop, but other than that it was great!

Great hotel in Shoreditch area. Modern, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Our room had an extra bed (not a sofa bed), great for families. Room was a little small - though not unusual for London.

The Malden hotel was very clean and the staff were super nice. Bedrooms were a bit tight and the bathroom configuration was a bit awkward. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Would stay there again.

The location is great. Close to the tube very easy to navigate to from and through the public transportation. A lot of great food options near by as well as bars. Close to many tourist attractions. The only thing with room upgrade wasn’t worth it not much of a view from my room. But the room itself was very nice and clean. And the staff were very tentative and helpful
