The Malden hotel was very clean and the staff were super nice. Bedrooms were a bit tight and the bathroom configuration was a bit awkward. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Would stay there again.

The location is great. Close to the tube very easy to navigate to from and through the public transportation. A lot of great food options near by as well as bars. Close to many tourist attractions. The only thing with room upgrade wasn’t worth it not much of a view from my room. But the room itself was very nice and clean. And the staff were very tentative and helpful

I honestly cannot fault our stay, the room was clean, well stocked of towels, tea, coffee and complimentary water and some snacks on our arrival. The staff were attentive when we requested a few extra items during our stay. The room was an executive double double, with a view of the front of the hotel, the beds were comfortable, the pillows a little large/puffy for us but in all everything was thought of including a good hairdryer and an ironing board and more! Location was perfect, a good 10-15 min walk to the Liverpool Street tube station to get the Elizabeth line and various other connections. Some great food places around, unique and very chic for the area. It was quiet at night and would 100% book again.
