Clean room. Warm welcome. Helpful staff. Even let us leave our luggage to come back and collect after the football tournament our son was in. Comfortable and fresh beds. Plenty of tea/coffee/sugar/toilet roll etc. more than you’d usually find which was ideal. Could do with maybe investing in fans for the room, as the only negative thing about our stay,was no air con or fan available in its place. Extremely hot room on a warmer day so a fan would be an extremely good investment. We could not stay there again on a hotter day, but we would on a cooler day/time of year. Other than that- happy with the stay. Thank you staff for being so helpful.

Simple but serviceable room. I had one I’d the rooms with the toilet external to the actual room. Shower and basin in room, but the toilet was “across the hall”. I probably didn’t quite appreciate exactly what that meant - having to cross through two fire doors. But I didn’t find it a real issue! Stayed as a solo traveller, but they were happy for my wife to join on the last night of my stay (double bed). Staff were generally friendly and helpful. One minor issue was that I arrived early and reception wasn’t open, and their only contact method was phone number. I only had a data sim. Perhaps setup WhatsApp as an option for contact? Again, only a minor inconvenience. Overall, would happily stay as well. Brilliant location for a London stay, right on the street beside Earls Court station. And price was very good, making it worth compromising on those one or two points noted!

The rooms are dated, the triple room we stayed in had 3 single beds, but with no room to manoeuvre around them. The bathroom had a bad smell. It is conveniently located near the tube station, but due to this you hear them. The staff were friendly.

Cute Central London Hotel

It’s a cute, quaint hotel attached to a row of hotels! Our rooms were clean and well proportioned. Nice shower/ bath combo. The front desk people were very kind and friendly. However, at times the front door was locked and it took a bit for them to respond to the buzzer. Lots of small groceries, variety of restaurants, and easy bus/tube stops.

Poor deco and badly need upgrading in every way

Very poor quality bed, squeeked all the time, spring in the bed have gone, hard to sleep, safe deposit box in the room didn’t work, the staff tried in other rooms, none of them worked, stairs squeaked going up and down, rooms need upgrading with bed, walls carpets ect … good location and nice staff but the owner needs to spend money to make room liveable.

Great Location and Fits the Bill

This was exactly what I needed, though it would have been nice if I could get the tv to work. It’s small but I didn’t need much and the location was top notch. If you’re looking for something fancy and planning to spend a lot of time in your room it may not be ideal, but it’s safe, clean, and serves its purpose well.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was convenient as earls court station is within a 3 min walk and there are a lot of places to eat as well, the room we stayed in was the one with an external toilet, the main issue with this is not the fact that it is external as it was fully disclosed during the booking process, but that the toilet is not next to the room, it makes going to the bathroom a little uncomfortable, specially at night since you have to pass in front of all the other rooms in the floor, the mattress could use a renovation since its springs are worn out and getting a well rest sleep was not possible. I could say it’s a good hotel to just spend the night
